The concierge / receptionist (same one both times I’ve been there) was outstanding. He asked us about ourselves, what brought us here, if we needed a late checkout & was considerate about asking us if we needed to be away from noisier / crowded areas of the hotel so we could relax more.

It was well maintained and cleaned. The smart hub of being able to connect to streaming accounts was helpful with a kiddo. The food at poolside was great and the indoor and outdoor pool gave flexibility with weather. The indoor pool has a wading level which is nice for younger ones and has a pleasant temperature. The river view was nice. We stayed a few days (solo with a young kid) so really appreciated the really sweet housekeeping staff that made my kid feel like a star.

The location on the river was great. The facilities with a pool out by the river and a cabana for food and drinks (unfortunately was shut bc of a big thunderstorm that shut off power). Room was big and beds very comfortable.

Great staff and service. Really comfortable bed and room. Loved the on-site restaurant. Less than 30 minutes from airport. Beautiful location.

Breakfast was the most delicious and dinner was also very good. The waffles with fruit and ice cream was my favourite. Huge portions and always delicious! The river view was outstanding.

Nice free upgrade to a "river view" room. Like the onsite "Starbucks" & Chinese restaurant. Good vibe in a busy bar area.

I was there for the NCLEX-RN exam and it was quiet enough for me to be able to study last night

The room was big, with a great work desk. The food at the restaurant was amazing, although portion sizes seemed to be a bit too much. Location is fantastic.
